CLOSE-UP
Today, we tragically loss a great and talented friend, RYAN DUNN. A part from his Jackass persona, Dunn was a very talented actor with many Film & TV credits under his belt who will always be remembered for not only taking risks with his stunts but with Indie Filmmakers he felt were passionate about films.
Even though Dunn worked on set only one day for his cameo in CLOSE-UP, he was very professional, arriving on time, knowing his lines and making suggestions as any professional actor would do. He lifted everyone's spirits on what was a very cold day on location in North Philadelphia in the middle of the night. Even when Hecklers ruined take after take, Dunn took it in stride until we got it right.
The tragedy of today is that we have lost not only a friend...but a star. A star in his own right. A star with potential. A star on the rise.
WE will miss you, Ryan. But your work will live on in CLOSE-UP...BOOTED...and in LIVING WILL.
R.I.P.
